Do you have new GIS users or experienced users that need a primer or refresher? Here is an excellent tutorial website from Yale University, http://www.library.yale.edu/MapColl/gis_workshop_materials.html. Users can download documentation in either Word or pdf format along with the data so they can complete the tutorial. Topics range from Introduction to GIS Mapping and ESRI’s ArcGIS Software to Classic Cartographic Techniques in ArcGIS and beyond. The best feature is that the entire site is free.
